We are proud to announce that LivGemini has been awarded 1st place at StartCup Lazio 2023, the prestigious regional competition that supports high-impact, high-innovation startups from universities and research institutions across Lazio.

Promoted by Lazio Innova, the initiative brings together the best entrepreneurial projects in the region, selecting those with the highest potential for market transformation, scientific impact, and technological development.

Our project was chosen among more than 90 applications, and stood out for its originality, societal relevance, and potential for innovation in the healthcare sector. The award was officially announced in la Repubblica – Green & Blue, one of Italy’s top national newspapers.

At the core of LivGemini lies our flagship solution: a software platform that uses in-silico simulations and AI-based anatomical modeling to support clinicians in assessing the aortic aneurysm. Through personalized digital twins of the patient’s vascular system, LivGemini offers a new way to evaluate risks, test endovascular prostheses, and optimize surgical decision-making — before the patient enters the operating room. This vision is the result of years of interdisciplinary research, clinical collaboration, and engineering development, carried forward with passion and dedication by our team.
